My gal just confirmed her place thro yesterday balloting. Lucky her, she managed to get in....will be looking forward next yr when she starts P1.

Hopefully, she will enjoy herself and fit in as well.
      Congrats blushes!

and chichu, most schools sell both school uniform and school text and exercise books onsite during the orientation. You can also buy the text from Popular if you prefer (can make use of your discount card mah), but the exercise books, no choice - gotta get from the school. Need to bring along muscles too because you'll be carrying practically half a tree back home :).

        Thank you ChiefKiasu.

My boy also got in thru ballot. In fact his no was the last 5 of the 80 vacancies. ๐Ÿ™ .. ๐Ÿ™ Me and my hubby jumped up like mad man and woman when his no was called out. What a nerve wrecking experience.

                    Hi Blushes,

Donโ€™t worry too much. P1 math is quite ok. My boy is not very good in math when he first enter school but I & Hubby put in effort every night to go thruโ€™ with him what he had been taught in the school. He loves math now and heโ€™s doing ok in the school.

For enrichment, thereโ€™s a thread here talks about P1 and P2 maths but Iโ€™m not sure how to link it here. You may want to check that out.
