Even if, the 3 of them didn't bring their bikes or anything down and didn't feel like using the playground equipment on some days, I still feel useful in some ways. When they look at the crawling ants, I can talk to them about the crawling insects, how they live together and are so hardworking. We can taste the nectar in the Ixora bushes around the playground. Or observe the mynahs, sparrows and pigeons flying around and get them to differentiate the different birds.
Wow, so nice you are like a science teacher to them. Pity, I don't even know what on earth is the Ixora bushes........

                    You really tasted the nectar?

ya, this is safe to taste. it is in the Primary Science textbook i think. one of the activities. Students get to taste the nectar from the Ixora. That's why almost every Pri school will plant it.

They are easy to maintain and flower year round in our climate so they are commonly used in Town council plantings too.

If i am not wrong, have to check this up, they also attract butterflies so schools and science centers eco gardens will have this too.

anyway, it is bright and cheery. i like. 🙂
