I guess it depends on how much the parent values the choiced school compared to one the kid gets into. By now I have known many parents who have transferred their kids to 'better' schools in their eyes, ie. affiliated to good sec schools so that their kids will have an easier time in pri schools/ SAP or GEP schools so that their kids have a more competitive learning environment so that their kids will not be too proud/ can have better CCA or reputable school coaches to train their kids in competitive sports etc... many are willing to wait till P3...[/quote]I can understand their motivation, different strokes for different folks
