Need some recommendations for pest control agencies. want to do a thorough wipe out of the pesky roaches and ants at my home…

Any ones you used before and liked?

Price range appreciated too!

We using Alliance too..they come in monthly for indoor inspection and put 'stuf' where required. Service quite good so far.. ..

yes they can do ad hoc too

vk2010, is this package solely for termites? what about mozzies and rats prevention? $800 per year and they come every 3 months?

actually I wanted to do a one time ad hoc termite treatment but they advised it is cheaper to sign on one year first because the one year will take care of eradicating the termite

my fish pond takes care of the mozzies and no rats in the neighbourhood leh (no open rubbish bin, no trash lying around)

Yes, that's true. So far no rats in my estate too.. But I'm just paranoid lah.
