Maybe you can call Takashimaya and Isetan? Do expect that they will charge quite a bit though.

Every year, the Japanese Association in Singapore will have a one day summer festival at the Japanese School in Changi. They loan/lease out yukata on that day. Maybe you can call them to ask where they get theirs?

You call also check with Japan Embassy. They rent out Yukata for adults for free but do not have Yukata for kids. However, they have a list of places on where to get them.

I bought my both kidsโ€™ yukata at Central (Eu Tong Sen St there). Apparently there were 2 stores selling them. That is if you are interested in window shopping, prices start from $100 onwards. I saw one more shop at Liang Court but not impressive as the 2 shops at Central.

There is a shop at Tanjong Pagar MRT station that sells reasonably priced Yukata.

Address: Tanjong Pagar MRT Station Exchange, Unit #B1-17
                        Tel: 9833 9853

                        You can also try Takashimaya.
