If school staff draw all the names to be balloted out, he/she will be cursed by all those balloted out parents. Then whole year or even more he/she will be very sauy. :rotflmao:

If first name picked by school staff and subsequent names pick by parents who were picked previously, then parents will hate each other. Imagine if so coincidentally one such pair of parents are neighbours, then how, another joo chiat case? :rotflmao:

So in order to foster goodwill and harmony it's better to do it the wasting time and resources way. :evil:

But sometimes there are more ousted ones than balloted in one. Like P2B this year at SJI Jr. 31 vying for 4 spaces only lor.. Most walked away disappointed. Most jialat is out of the 4 who got in, only 1 actually attended the balloting!! Can you imagine how all of us there felt?
