Then Phase 2B will be like Phase 2C for those popular schools..... more schools require balloting -

But i think distance is still an important factor. Looking at this year regustration, many good schools are balloting at 1km. Even they allow GRL to choose any schools from next year onwards, like what you mentioed it will be like phase 2c.

When MOE removed the page, my assumption is that they don't want to continue to put the old constituency data to confuse the GRLs. But since this year GRLs are still able to register their child under their old constituency, then no harm to continue post the old info out.
If MOE has removed the page under \"Primary Schools by Constituency\", then it could be true.
Anyway we all are just guessing.... Let's see if it is true after all. -
I agree. That's the exception for this year for not putting the info on MOE website.
