The teachers are trained by the boss.I heard some are undergrad and they're short of teachers too.

Hmm... does that increase the frequency of relief/temp teachers then?

                Hi JKKiasu,

The teachers are trained by the boss. They are trained to teach in a certain methodology. When I wanted to sign my child up, it was also difficult to contact them as they have certain timings that they are off or the line is engaged. But after a few tries, i managed to get them and my questions were also answered well. From my experience of calling some other renowned centres, it is the same. Some never have their lines free.

You could try out their trial and see whether it suits your child.

                  Hi TAS

Could you advise when we should use \"will\" and \"shall\"? Thank you.
TAS has a book on grammar and synthesis rules that I find very useful. They addressed the WILL/SHALL issue in it. Not sure if they sell it to non TAS students but TAS students have that book. It is a white book. I am not at home so I cant remember what was the rule they mentioned about this but I know I saw it in one of the pages of the book. If you have the book, you can refer to it.

                    Hi Laurenwkids,

Thanks for your feedback! Will certainly try again. Is there any difference in the three TAS centres? Methodology can work for a few components for English. Care to share how TAS methodology can apply to compo?

The 3 centres as are run by all the teachers trained by the boss. The kids are supposed to memorise some phrases and flash back. They only do situational writing ,don't have picture composition. It's risky as the kids may go out of point during their exams.

I think the teacher will still once in a while, let them try out on the picture composition as far as I know.
