No name indicated there.

Don't think RMPS will be shifted there. The school is more meant for people staying in Tg Pagar, Cantonment, The Pinnacle@Duxton.

However, I do see, in other threads, that schools are moving to a temporary location so that their existing campus can be renovated as a result of the move to single session. Just wondering whether RMPS will shift there temporarily while the current campus gets an uplift. :?

It's confirmed! MOE is building a new primary school in Cantonment. Estimated completion date is 4Q 2010. Parents staying around the area and involved in the P1 registration next year will have another choice.


Given the location, I think the new school will be grouped under Central planning area, rather than Bt Merah.

Looking at the size of the land, I don't think the school will be big. The plot ratio should be high, though.

MOE said the new school would be in operation in Jan 2011.Therefore details of the name of primary school would make known in the 2010 Primary 1 Registrations

Location of the school would be at Cantonment Close! It would be another choice for those people staying at Duxton Pinaccle.

I guess when come to next year registration, competition would be fierce especially for RVPS, RMPS, ZDPS & CHIJ (Kellock).

My son will be having his Chinese enrichment on Sat morning, so maybe I’ll bring him for while just to make him happy. He’s not selected to participate in the event. Hope you guys will have fun there!

GESPS Open House is here again? Guess can bring my children come & play those games collecting allthe stamps.


I remember last year we did get a small gift & a nice pop corn. It was really fun to be there again.

Maybe we should compile a list of schools having open house in Bukit Merah area.
