when i took my ML last year, the MOM form said, 2 full months, and 40 working days.. sorry is 40.. if that month got 22 working days u r entittled for 20 nia.. then u add up ..to 40 altogether.

Yes, there is a difference.. i am the only citizen in my office, my PR colleagues often lament abt the differences in ML, childcare leave and CDA accounts benefits etc... and i am the only one in the company who has taken ML 3 times :oops:

i am the \"antique\" in my office sia... my colleagues always joke abt it... my big boss always joke that he knew me when i was still a teenager, now mummy of 3 his kids r now working in our sister company, they can still remember sitting on my lap playing games on my computer then they come over during sch holidays last time...
