yes the water pillow is very good... esp when children having fever their back will be hot when they are sleeping which will cause them to feel uncomfortable when sleeping. usually i will let DS lie down on his back on the water pillow. it also helps to lower down the temperature

also works on adults too or even on normal hot day, dnt need the air-con, just sleep on top of the water pillow

Hi sista, Thanks so much for your info! Am glad to get one for DD2 yesterday and she did sleep well yesterday nite - btw, she took \"the opportunity\" to say she wish to be separated from DD1 in order not to \"spread the disease\" to Jie Jie - she slept in my room, on my bed!

errr... blurbee, u know those mat that has cooling gel inside? that one is call water pillow...
can be found in those shop that sell $2-3 things or jap house

I got one only yesterday from BB polyclinic as Jurong branch out of stock....it was raining yesterday and as the water pillow quite
heavy so bought one only...

Now thinking to go back there tmr morning to get another one cos the other 2 siblings fighting with DD2 for it! :rotflmao:

The price is SGD16.00… erm… i din dare to buy elsewhere as another fren bot n used only for a while n it burst… in d end… the bed all kena the water… den another fren commented she got frm KKH and has been using it for yrs… so i trust those from hospital n polyclinics… i tink quality is different…

oh, think quality the same bah, coz my sis is a big fan of water pillow hahaha... she's the one told me get fr jap house as quality same n cheaper. but got this flowery pattern looks abit aunty only...
i only know she told me not to get this (pic below) as very very fast flat then no cooling effect
