I am sure anywhere we go, there are bound to be some undesirable influence...so what we need to do is to educate our kids positively so that they can differentiate between right and wrong. We have no control over how other kids behave but we certainly can coach and influence our own.

i agree with tigger88 too… i guess even good schools can have some sort of bad influence too… so we parents also play a big part in this by continuing to inculcate good values in our kids

Last year's P2C supp requires balloting for those staying >2km. Are you considering this school? I will be registering for my son this year so girls' sch is out. For me, it's the convenience, the nearer to home, the better.

Hi amskcl, happened to chance upon your posting. I'm staying in AMK and have registered my girl at Marymount Convent. There are many Marymount girls staying around AMK. I picked the school because it's an all girls' school, and I wasn't going to risk balloting at St Nicks. If you need more info, let me know. Cheers.
