        Funz:

Can I complain about my upstairs neighbour? She uses too much perfume. Whenever she is heading out we can smell her from 3 floors down. And me having super sensitive nose and also very sensitive to artificial fragrance, cannot tahan leh. Can I suggest that she start spraying only when she leaves the estate? But wait, when she comes back the smell is still cloying, how about she use perfume only on tuesdays and thursdays and give my nose a break the rest of the week?

Let me add on to the complaint. My neighbours spray perfume and then take the lift. When they walk out of the lift, the whole lift is full of perfume smell. So they should put a notice at the lift door: 'Do not use the lift if you are wearing perfume. Use the stairs.'

Okay, agreed perfumed lift is bad. But I think worse are those with BO or those who smoke IN the lift. The smell lingers long after the body has left, and I would rather have perfume.

my block apparently has many dog lovers but they don't really shower and clean the dogs so the stench can be quite strong especially those big and shaggy hair ones. So I avoid taking the lift immediately if I see a big dog coming out with the maid or the owner :slapshead:

Oh yes, the big furry smelly ones that have been romping around in the rain and mud. I had a neighbour with a dog like that. But she was nice about not taking the lift when she saw that the humans (meaning us) were plannning to take it.

I have this angmo living in my block whose dog is huge and furry and smells bad. The entire block knows about it. Once I tried to :siam: the dog when the lift door opens and she told me very sternly: dun worry, my dog doesn't bite doesn't bark and I retorted: your dog is dead?? (sorry I am not :imanangel: but the smell was very bad and the look on her face is like 'why so kiasi')

dog owners always think those who :siam: their dogs are anti-dog.

i like dogs but i dont like to touch or be touched by dogs especially those which are smelly.

my niece's huge dog loves to jump onto me (it is huge and really fat) and 8 out of 10 times, it is able to knock me to the ground/sofa.

You actually said that? :rotflmao: What was her reaction? You should have followed up with 'Maybe that's why it smells so bad.\" :rotflmao:
