I didn't keep the link and forgot where I saw it. Like you, I was comparing which school to enrol my son in 2006. First choice then was TaoNan, but I was out of the 2km ring. Was comparing Temasek Pri as well, but found that TKP is better

DS1 is not very good in chinese oral, teacher has a 1 to 1 oral practice test after school with him, and point out all his mistakes directly. All students say his MT teacher fierce, but she's good. There's always laughter in her class. Despite being punished to copy lines as he forgot to bring his stuff to school, he still love her lesson daily.
Or would say that kids are luckily to come across such teachers that make lesson non-boring..

There is no before school care in TKP (since P1 and P2 is in the pm session). As for nearby, I've no idea, hope someone can share on that.

My daughter is 2007 born and am looking for parents who have done PV for TKPS.
How should I go about it? I am new to Singapore and we are PRs. Also, I am a working mom, so all the PV on the weekdays etc? Please advise

Hi libran, Yes, the PV are normally during weekday. Maybe can check with the school see what you can offer, such as traffic control in the morning 6.30am to 7.30am before you go to work.
But once again, doing PV DOES NOT guarantee a place in the school :xedfingers:

Thanks Eddow. I didnt apply for PV. Probably I shall move closer to school, so that I dont run into risk of balloting.


I have another question - When are they moving to single session. I believe they are starting renovation in 2012. No info on the single session. My dd wil be going to P1 in 2014. And she is an early bird cant adjust to afternoon shifts. Parents please advise.
