wormy:
If u feel paiseh, wait a little longer say till end of Aug (just my guess, can call up to find out exact date, when I was there for PTM in Jul, saw them packing up) when bookstore moves from its current location to next to the cafe nearer to the main gate. I assume u feel paiseh walking into the Yr1-4 canteen where the current location is.
Hi...u mean they r now located near JC block?...so we should get uniform & PE attires b4 regn day & leave the rest be done on regn day har?
btw...can wear normal white socks or not? tks
Not sure if they have relocated yet. Haven't been there since PTM. They do have longer, thicker white socks with RI logo. But white socks will do. The thicker ones quite uncomfortable, according to DS. -

When will the selection trials be conducted for year 1 2012? Is it in term 1? The CCA will be once or twice a week?

Actually was quite surprised that only recently (last year ? this year?) that Debating cca becomes a core CCA...they have been famous for it for so long ....

I heard from DS (he may be wrong) tt this year, 6 were selected for core team n around 10 for merit CCA. All cca trials are held over the same period in term 1.

Core CCA is compulsory, merit CCA is optional, don't think they have more just because it is core, they must have the school team, reserve team, back up etc and that's it (not familiar with debate club) ....you can go browse the school website and find out more during CCA road show which is very well organised -
Hi just wonder what is the percentage of RI students taking Higher Chinese?
