Batavia shoe I heard people said buy and throw away cause not durable.....

Yes BATA stands for buy-and-throw-away...so far, it can last for 1 year for my son. BTW, don't buy from World of Sport...the quality is lousy. The sole literally crumbles after several times of washing as it's made of lousy cardboard.

Hahhahahha ok buy and throw away sounds gd since their feet will expand q fast since they r growing kids... Just to check for their dance programme (p1 n p2) during their PALS lessons, will they need to bring their ballet shoes or can just use their sch shoes? Also there will be a dance performance right? So do we need to pay for the costumes?

To me Bata shoes are fine too, as their feet grow so quickly, their shoes need to be changed frequently anyway.

No, you don't have to pay for costumes for their yearly dance festival. I believe the school recycles the costumes, and have parent volunteers do hair and makeup.

Don't worry...there is hardly any homework esp in the first 2 terms.
This term, daughter has brought home some EL, Maths and CL worksheets or activity book but not all subjects together...can be finished within 15 minutes.
