Just to say that I have finally got it. Realized it is not called 菌菇,but commonly know as 雪莲花酵素。I am now harvesting my 3rd bottle & my family is now consuming the enzyme.

As stated in that link, the enzyme cannot be bought or sold. You can only get it from somebody for the 1st time and then harvest yourself. Then for the rest of the 'ingredients', ie. distilled water - can get from all supermarts, brown sugar - the best is from Sheng Shiong which imported from Thailand with the green-yellow packaging.
I got my 1st from my brother-in-law and then so coincidentally that my boss is also consuming, then now we have shared with many colleagues in the office.
