I attend the playgroup, so far ok. But I sit in, so I can control to a certain extent, and I can follow up at home with dd too. It's the only Montessori around here that has parent-accompanied playgroup, that's why I chose it. 🙂

Yes, I have visited Summer Monte, like it, so will send dd there next yr. For now, cos she's still young, I think I'd like to sit in with her so I can learn more about the Monte materials and how to use them too.

Not sure about startots, so can't comment there. Sorry!

We used to stay at Toh Guan too. Try Jurong Calvary Kindergarten. My dd is currently attending K2 and loves it there. Very popular. School bus transport is S$100 monthly, before the PTC 1% increase announcement.

            Thanks for the recommendations!

I have heard of CS Montessori and their teaching method is good.

As for Jurong Calvary Kindergaten, I have yet to hear about it. But instead,
            I heard about Pandan Calvary.
Will find out more information too. 🙂

              Hi Fannyaf,

I have called Jurong Calvery just to book an appt to view the centre.

But, they don't have any vacancies for K1 next year 😞

So I have almost decided to put him in CS montessori as Early years bus takes looong time to reach school..

                Hi wonders5,

oh! Early Years is at sunset way?
That is considered very far from Toh Guan!

Did you enquire about Pandan Calvary Kindergarten? It is
somewhat nearer and I have heard it's not bad.

How about Clementi area / Bukit Batok area? No?

It's a headache because I noticed manyyyyyy PCF Little wings in Jurong
East / West but no other 'better' school. 🤷

yes, early yrs is at Sunset way.

I called Pandan Calvery. They have vacancies but looks like JCK and PCK are not related any more.

1 teacher to 20 students and looks like slightly better than PCF.

                    Hi All,

Took 1 day off from work to survey all the pre schools ard my area… seems like my only option left is Summer montessori if I want a daily session for my son… MMI at Blk 519 is only offering twice a week classes…

Startots and edufarm are all operating from the RC with all the kids in one area… seems really cramp to me…

went to Jurong Calvary Church and the person in charge told me I can only register in 2013… sigh … .a long long way to go

                        HI all,

care to share with me more about Tara at JP & Startots @ Jurong West and Talent Plus? My boy is born in 09, seems like he has got many friends here. 🙂

I would not recommend MMI for playgroup. I sent him there for trial and didn't have a good impression. Maybe for older children.
