we can do the same for maids that give problem, list their name, birth date, home address, passport number

play their game, no choice but to stoop to their level, else people say we look down on them right?

Once I video-ed a maid mistreating her retarded charge while waiting for my DD ballet to be over. Then I proceeded to warn the maid to not to mistreat the poor girl anymore.

Can upload on MOM fb or not?

And throw in those videos of maids mishandling employers’s kids e.g. shouting onto babies’ ears several times.

if it was agreed no off day, why this posting? and I think it's very dangerous. Can the maid agency association insert one more line into the standard contract? Maid shall not post details of employers such as phone number and address on the internet. 😛

Not sure if they can do this but I definitely don't want my personal info be posted on FB. I pity the employer for having such a maid, she also complained no privacy as her employer put up CCTV in her room, but I wonder if really no privacy how can she access FB? From her picture in FB and those posting, I would think she's not a good helper.
My previous helper also the same kind, 26yr old, everyday asking ppl to introduce boyfriends to her...... sometimes is not we don't want to give them freedom, but too much freedom you'll miss use it. Let them use FB and this is wat they do to you!

There's no use even if you insert this. I have a set of rules that maid cannot talk to stranger, my first maid still go around talking to all strangers and even in front of me, the key point is must control them. When my second came, I told her on the first day things i will not tolerate, those points i stated cannot do means cannot do, don't test my tolerance.
