if it was agreed no off day, why this posting? and I think it's very dangerous. Can the maid agency association insert one more line into the standard contract? Maid shall not post details of employers such as phone number and address on the internet. 😛

There's no use even if you insert this. I have a set of rules that maid cannot talk to stranger, my first maid still go around talking to all strangers and even in front of me, the key point is must control them. When my second came, I told her on the first day things i will not tolerate, those points i stated cannot do means cannot do, don't test my tolerance.

we can do the same for maids that give problem, list their name, birth date, home address, passport number

play their game, no choice but to stoop to their level, else people say we look down on them right?
If we do that, they'll complain we bully them, singapore not a good working place and blah blah blah......
the MOM FB seem more like a place for those foreign workers to vent their anger.....

My mum’s neighbour recently sent her p-maid back - she had been introducing boyfriends to maids working in her block.

All PH like to intro BF to each other, there's one even told my maid can buy pregnancy pill from someone staying near our house. That time when my maid told me i didn't ask her more, if now i'll get the address and report to MOM. All these so called 'experienced maids' are all teaching the bad things to one another.

actually the employer can write to MOM and complain about the maid. For her to post this kind of thing on the web. scarly get harrassment then how?

then it’s pretty clearcut she has crossed the line somewhere and bar her from coming back (at least under the same name)

er......what has human rights got to do with this??? :? if it is her right to post anything she wants, then it is obviously an abuse/misuse of human rights act.
