No alcoholic drinks for me till I stopped bfding

No alcohol for me too. :hi5:

        Do you take caffeine?
FOr ds1, I was very strict with my diet when bfg him. Didn't touch any caffeine at all.

By ds2, so sleep deprived everyday that I'd take Milo, choc, coke but try to take it after nursing so there's time for caffeine to be processed out of body so less of it in the bm.

Now for dd, I just cannot don't take caffeine. Tea, Coffee also dare to drink. But also trying to drink in between nursing.

Morning Everyone! Sunday as usual it is enrichment day, overheard a parent asking the principal if the teachers are native from China and the answer?

Yes, 100% of them. On a separate note, Singaporean Mandarin Teachers doesnt like to work weekends so it is quite hard to hire.
          Hi... had been sick...

about the chi compo, i also think it should be creative and original. it's uphill task for my boys. they don't have enough vocab, don't know how to read and write many words because they were not in Sg for sometime.

but because I want them to love the language, I haven't resorted to memorisation of compos or phrases yet. still trying the long way of more exposure - read more, speak more...

although it is taking a long time to catch up but as long as they are improving, I am satisfied.

Yum! Pork Cutlet DIY? Is it breaded or? What will you be serving it with?

yup DIY. I crushed the Hup Seng (think it's the spelling) cream crackers and coat the marinated pork chops. I also made the sauce for the kids. DH preferred it plain without the sauce.

Serving it with rice, broccoli and fish. I'm awful with Chinese soup, and DH a bit tired, so we skipped the soup. I'm great with western soup though.

I drink Chinese tea and when at night there's craving, I will make milo / coffee with sugar cream crackeres (Hup Seng brand, I think) heehee

I practically eat anything, unless she's sick, then I will abstain from certain food. Like if she's coughing, I will not take oranges, prawn, chicken, etc.
