I cant seem to find any cupcake ready-mix packages in the supermarkets! They only have muffins, cookies and whole cakes kind... anyone know where I can find it?

I've seen some around Cold Storage. But you can just use the ones for whole cakes and pour them into cupcake cases to make cupcakes.

Check the back of the box for recommended time for baking cupcakes. If it doesn't give you the time, then keep an eye on the cupcake while it's in the oven, and test with a wooden skewer to check if it's done.

My DD loves Red Velvet and is now asking me to learn to bake it.

They have alot of flavours but at any one time, there will be about 6 on display. I like the green tea one too but just don't know when it is on display. And I like the size, don't feel too sinful to indulge... :rotflmao:
