Speaking of hair, both my DS and DD had precious little of that as babies. Rumours were that we should have shaved them botak which will then promote hair growth. True or not har?
Also, my DD's head is a little lopsided, which I attribute to her preference to sleep on one side as a baby. I do regret not setting up a sarong for her when she was a baby... :stupid: -
Both my DD never shaved botak n they still have lots of hair.
I heard sarong not good for back .. Dun know how true :? -

My number 2 and 3 slept in sarong, so far no problem. I also slept in sarong, as a baby, no problem. Can carry haversack and baby carrier at the same time. Both my DD never shaved botak n they still have lots of hair.

Don't think it's true about the hair.Speaking of hair, both my DS and DD had precious little of that as babies. Rumours were that we should have shaved them botak which will then promote hair growth. True or not har?

For the lopsided head, there's no need to sleep in sarong, just need to make sure that bb sleep on different side of the head. My DD1 slept on bed since bb, and we just make that each side plus the back have more or less equal \"bed time\". Her head is a nice shape. -
babysticky, I like the Montessori discipline and how they have a lot of hands on learning. the kids do and get involved to acquire concepts.
my dd is that kind. she doesn't listen much, neither is she very vocal. she seems to be the quiet observant kind who learns through doing it herself. even though she is young, her personality is very clear.
as for such playgroups around my area, they only take kids from 18mth, that's why i waited so long. i think shichida and other programs start much younger.

Chief, for shaving, I am thinking, perhaps when you shave, all the hair will regrow at the same height/ length, so it looks as if more hair is growing. But actually it's just that they are all even and at the same height, so it looks thicker than if there are strands that are long and short hidden inside.
all my 3 did not shave, and have very different outcomes. so i think shaving prob plays no part? :scratchhead:
