      thks !
      Yes. Another boy for me.
I know a lot of mummies here are BFg experts cos I popped over to the breastfeeding club as well. Haven finish reading the most impt parts on increasing milk ss.

      Just relax. :hugs:

You have to relax...once you're stressed, the supply lessens/stops.
I expressed 24/7 for 6 months for my #2...was very tough in the first 3 months and wanted to stop expressing as I felt so frustrated having to rush home after 2 hours. My boobs would be so hard if I delayed reaching home.

Now regret cos gotta depend on others.

        Hi all,
        I'm doing my confinement nw.
Will log on to read when free cos the bb is attached to me or my breast practically whole day till the days and nites all merge into one l o n g event.
This BFg thg is damm hard man!
        Really really tough. :torchme: :imdrowning:
Hi Terry, :congrats: n welcome back :rahrah:

I hv difficulty in breastfeeding for both my dds. I needed to express my breast milk relentlessly every 2 hrs day n night for bottle feeding. I nearly suffered fr depression after my first mth confinement. Imagine baby crying for milk while I anxiously heated up my breast milk especially during midnight. I really envy mummies tat hv no problem of breastfeeding.

        Don't give up!!!加油

                Hi,

have been sahm for 2years. felt bored when ds in school in the am. Thinking of earning some pocket $$ as well as spend time wisely. Do anyone think of this when ds attend pri school. Chance upon a website - WorkFromHomeITJobs.com. Any mummies try before? Or any PT AM jobs to share?

                TIA

one of my son's friends mum goes to PT,I asked him he said don't know what kind of work where to work.I am not close friend of her,so I hesitate to ask.She 4 pm come back from work.

tks for the reply. actually m only looking in the am till 1pm- to spend time wisely or else quite boring just doing household / surfing net. :rotflmao: so looking for short tm work or homebased.

so how you spend your time & how long u been sahm? dont u have this kind of feeling- bored? :nailbite:

                  Hi Terry,

                  First of all :congrats:

I myself delivered almost 3 months back.

Yes, I agree that breast-feeding can be tough, especially in the first couple of months. Lack of sleep etc ....

But don't despair nor give up. Join us at the breastfeeding club, if you haven't already :rahrah:

Another option is to express and bottle feed. I do that so that I can try and spend time with my elder DS and try to have a normal routine as much as possible. I direct feed in the afternoons and nights.

Just to share that I am loosely following the advice of Gina Ford, the author of The New Little Contended Baby Book. DS2 has been able to sleep through the night for the past 2 weeks so far :xedfingers: I did the same for my DS1 and he was able sleep through the nite as well from 2 months plus onwards. I say loosely cuz her suggested time routine may not be suitable for you and your baby, so need to tweak it if necessary 😄

                    Hi jtparent,

Enjoy some quiet and peace while your child is in school. For housework, I’m the fussy one, but it depends on my mood. Yesterday, I did all the ironing and cleaning as I’m thinking of going out today. But it’s raining heavily now. Hope rain clears soon.

I just bored, thats why i am here to spend some time and get energy.
Actually, if we have some goal then we will do hardworking to achieve that.It will bring more discipline in our chores. Most importantly,we cannot expect DH's help or praise. We praise ourselves.Evening, go to playground give everyone freshness.Sat and sun need to go out to relax.
This is easy said than done.I think we push harder ourself for our family sake.Esp for kids,we r the role model. If we do diligently then they also do.

Find satisfaction in housework...it can be very satisfying when the fan is clean or the floor is nice to walk on. I take pride when I hang the wet laundry nicely. If I get fed up, I'll just dump everything aside and go out. Go for a nice cup of coffee or buy something to make yourself happy. The last time I went out, I really pampered myself by having a delicious lunch and getting a DKNY shirt (after 70% discount). :please:
