Just got the email. Borders parkway 20% off storewide going on now. I think they are trying to clear stock. So those who want to find specific titles may want to strike now.

Unclear if there will be a sale later on if this proves successful/enough.

Back from mph. Range is very good, very very good. i haven’t seen so many books (many in mint condition somemore) for young kids for a long long time. There were Dr seuss books a plenty (the thin paper back types at $5 per book). I bought 2 pop up books at $10 each (dr seuss’ oh the place you will go and another obscure title). Saw a few ‘Robert Sabuda’ pop up books (only Narnia) around (these at $10). And of course disney books like "cinderella" (hardcover, very pretty at $3 - good for gifts).

Other series I saw, Magic Treehouse, A-z mysterious. The usual Twilight (when will they stop selling these?) also there. A wide range of adult books also.

Price range: $3 to $10 for children books (if you buy 5 $10 books, they price down to $40), adult books are $5 to $10 (can’t remember if got higher, sorry).

Best of all, I think becos everyone’s waiting for borders, there was NO queue. there were pp there, but it’s really not crowded. After this post, I dunno.

Natas going on at the same time. those who are going down weekend may want to take note.

Umm, but anyone who’s going there this weekend, please update if got. I’m not sure if they will replenish or not (and if there may be new stuff). Saw mostly one off items, so if someone bought, that’s it. Then again, there were some boxes I didn’t dig into.
