greenQ. Do you use a hand whisk or the electronic ones? Will the former work? I have a hand held one (electronic) but the whisk itself is partly bentβ¦not sure whether can work or not!

You can try for it, mincy.
I enjoyed the process of making this homemade ice cream with my kids. So do them. Of course may be they found a chance to taste a little bit of the yummy chocolate/milk mixture, whipped cream and chocolate chips when they help me to stir or mix it.
Can easily get most of the ingredients except the non-dairy whipping cream. I only found it at Phoon Huat. -

Hi Andaiz,
I use electrical hand held whisk. I think the hand whisk can be used too but taking a bit longer for the sugar to be dissolved. -
