anyway, to answer the roll-call, i'm currently using Olympus E-P1 mostly.

I think better for Peter to maybe maintain the roll call page as the first post which he can update, else the roll call may be all over the place and a bit hard to identify how many enthusiasts are there.

Hmm no la I am not organised, my workstation is the super messy type where mountains of paper pile up sigh :imdrowning: .. Just that better to pre empt before it gets messy ma... cos cleaning up is a huge task later.

I love doing portraits. I've recently ventured into child photography, it's so much fun! I brought my kids to botanic gardens- an amazing place to shoot with the kids. Big spaces to run around in, lots of greenery, bright sun. Just be careful of the ponds!

The botanic gardens is one of my favorite places too ~
sometimes there are interesting exhibitions around the Library area as well.

cos water coming from above and the sunlight causing the rainbow.
My son only showed me he saw the rainbow.This was taken in Jurong Bird Park.

btw you haven't done your roll call yet. what camera do u use?

I am using a Nikon D7000 that came with 18-105mm lens, which was cold-storaged after I got my 18-200mm. My fav lens at the moment are my 85mm for close up shoots of flowers (gives a very different perspective of flowers ) and my 18-200mm for street/scenic shoots (trying to explore this more currently).

Managed to get a second hand 35mm which was reportedly good for portraits, yet to venture into this (portraits) yet.
