aiyah ... Zoe Tay wants to get her son into Nanyang Pri. That is one of the most popular sch in Spore. :slapshead:

Anyway, the definition of a good school is subjective. It depends on what you value in life. Academic pursuits only? Moral character? etc etc.

Every pri school in Spore has to meet a minimum standard, at least academically. They have to equip the kids with the minimum knowledge required of a 12 year old. How the sch is run is largely left to the principal and his team.

Enjoy your kid now in his pre-schooler age and don't worry so much. 😄 For all you know, the educational scene may change a few years down the road.

no. kcpps has english speech and drama, incorporated into their curriculum. currently, fr P3 onwards, CCA is compulsory, but it is also during curriculum time, monday mornings.

                        Hi,

I’d like to know for the P1 orientation, will we be asked to buy school textbooks and uniforms on that day? Or we can buy from outside (for textbooks), and go the the designated tailor to buy the uniforms?
