As I have stated in the other thread, Dr Tony Tan must be mindful that the majority did not vote for him. He must act for these 6 years to deserve my respect. We have to move on and provide him a chance to be our Head of State. Best wishes to Singapore.

For many Singaporeans, it will be the first time they have to accept someone they didn't vote for. Let's hope we have the maturity to move on. Wish President Tan and Singapore the best ! -

Actually I am also very frustrated with those who voted for TKL as they hope he won’t forfeit his deposit. In the end he still does and that was not the thinking to begin with. We should vote for the right one.

He should be mindful of the fact that the no. of rejected votes >> the winning margin! -

pro-white: 35% (consist of very old citizen or pp vote out of habit)
pro-opposition: 30%
swing vote:35%
