Will you still keep your domestic helper?
-
SAHM_TAN… wat u mean? as in when i m stayin w my mum or bcoz i downgrade or bcoz of her performance?
-
you downgrade to wt size flat? i've 3 kids, in 4rm hdb. quite cramped bt cosy. still ok for now. but as kids grow, need to upgrade when they cannot share room anymore.

-
kabby… ur 4bedrm is wat sqft? I used to stay in 4bdrm… but super small 86sqm… tatz y we upgraded… but now… till to some reasons… i feel it is better to downgrade bak to either 4 or 5bdrm… as the area i m staying now… the 4bdrms are quite spacious also for 3 kids…
-
You staying EA?
Think SAHM_tan… should be asking after you have shifted or sold off the flat -
mine is 91sqm. yes the newer flats would be very small.
i think my rooms are small lei. but they are bigger than my sis' 4rm flat.
when i was young till i got married, the rooms seem to get smaller and smaller. then of course, we got spoilt during the few yrs overseas cos there is so much land there and every house is so big. came back and had quite a shock. but still love living here cos of all the amenities. the location is big plus. so we will hang around here until really cannot squeeze...

eh.. pal.. u r making me SUPER HIGH PROFILE leh..
@sahm_tan, will still haf helper.. as mum will still nid help.. but i will b changing tis current one away soon too..
@kabby.. yupz.. i agree w tat.. tatz y we shifted out of our 1st marital home.. now tis unit is spacious for kids to run abt.. have parties n can accomodate my huge family gatherings at times.. we love such gatherings..
but i feel kids are taking all tis for granted.. so moving to a smaller unit will b better.. i love the cozy feeling too.. my mum's unit area is juz the right size of a 4rm flat.. we 3 siblings grew up there from our teenage yrs..
so it will b gd enuff for my kids too..
