My friend went to the outlet at Mandarin Gallery. I think they have 2 other outlets.
I googled and found their website.

What flavors did you buy, Autumnbronze?
Hi jtoh,
Red velvet, PB, baileys coffee, cookies and cream (today's special), strawberry vanilla and one more, can't remember the flavour - it's the one with white frosting and colorful sprinkles  I was a bit miffed that I had to pay 0.50 extra for the special
Tried the PB. Enjoyed it. Cupcake wasn't too sweet and the frosting was just right. The peanut butter was not cloyingly sweet.
DH tried the Baileys and was impressed (he is not a fan of cupcakes), said the frosting tasted fresh though he couldn't really taste the Baileys.
When I told him It was $3 per cupcake, he was :yikes: then :faint:, when he recovered he told me outright he won't pay more than $1.50 for it :rotflmao:
Haven't tried the others. Will provide feedback tomorrow.

.... think the white frosting with sprinkles is the rainbow vanilla cupcake (and if with chocolate base is the rainbow chocolate) -

I find it quite expensive too. There's another cupcake place at Raffles City, I think the name's Dessert Cup, the cupcakes are $4.50 and up! I'm not paying that kind of money on cupcakes.jtoh:
