me too, 危ζ₯Ό period. very memorable. the last day of school, we scribbled on the walls/pillars, later kenna scolded by P. πŸ˜“

gosh this thread is bringing back some memories ~
my batch was a few years pre-危ζ₯Ό too..

i remember in the morning whenever i got to school very early there would always be someone practising on the chinese flute and it sounded really nice..

and the beautiful view of Bukit Timah Hill from the top-floor CT rooms, especially on a rainy day ~ i think i even put it into one of my δ½œζ–‡ once.. πŸ˜“

        Hi hi!

Happen to come across this thread and excited to find ex HCJCians here! I'm a few years pre-危ζ₯Ό too...I love my HC days! But my DD didn't want to switch to HCI after RGS, so happy in RI JC now.

Hmmm, wonder if we stamped too hard when we cheered and sang our 山歌....

U are welcome.. Next year you just have to shout ' 2010&2011 psle daddies and mummies please help!' and we will appear πŸ˜‰
Anyway since you have read through the earlier posts, you should have gather quite alot of info about the DSA process especially those posts which parents here shared info about the various question asked during the DSA interview... Good luck to your child! πŸ•Ί

Do you think we should start a new thread or continue being off topic?
I know you all are very unlikely to be my classmates as most of us are still in touch except for a few. We still have gatherings at least once a year with kids in tow.
Firefly38, why don't you get the ball rolling? :rahrah:

it was the main block in HCJC that was declared unsafe, had to be torn down and rebuilt

as for the clock tower, the boys' favourite ghost stories during the orientation camp is to go there and talk ghosts

and by the way, only the top 4 class (sec 4) are eligible to use the classrooms at clock tower as their classroom....it is a prestige / entitlement thing for the top classes to be given the honour to occupy the historic classrooms

Oh vk2010 u are from HCJC too ?
Telling ghost stories at the towel block :nailbite: :nailbite: :nailbite: ... I am a scary cat .. Whenever my classmates tell any ghost stories during camping, I would either closed my ears or walk away :siam: πŸ˜‚

me ? too old to be from hcjc

and more ghost stories on bishan, being built on former cemetery, whereas bukit timah was used by the japs[/quote]Ok Tell U ALL a Joke ....
I was at the RI .... Bishan Campus when it Was Built ....
The Cemetery was Demolished and the Whole Place was Muddy after heavy Rain for a Few Days ....
To Avoid stepping onto the Mud, I Was Hopping Merrily One Big Stone to Another ....
Suddenly My Fren told Me, Hey See What U R Stepping On!
I Look Down and Saw .... The Pic of An Old Women Looking At Me Directly! U Know the type of Pic in Oval Framed on Tombstone ....
And We :siam: :siam: the Fastest ever ....
