morning sickness,heartburn,giddiness!ARGH!

plus been tinking how to settle e 2kids next yr!:(
not gonna put DS1 to CC already.
Decided to quit after my maternity leave!
but i need to get someone to take no2 for lik 2wks or so!:(

eat small meals… but many times… to curb the morning sickness… eat those Khong Guan dry biscuits as snack… works for me…

Can also get pills from the gynae if it is affecting you…

My morning sickness was very bad too for all 3 of my pregnancies…

Ranran.. a slightly chilled ribena does help me..

well.. different pregnancies are different.. so one method tat wrked for ur previous pregnancy.. might not wrk the same for ur current..
