DD got the CO letter from RVHS, but still waiting for DHS. Her sister DSA DHS three years ago, all of her classmates got the CO & WL letter at the same day. Start worrying now..... :nailbite:

      Hi MTIS,

      First, Congrats.

If you don't mind, may i know which primary school is your dd in. Sounds like a high flying primary school since all classmates can get CO or WL of DHS.

      Hi Weihan,

DD studied at a neighborhood primary school, not a high flying one. There were 8 pupils at her class applied DHS DSA. Fortunately, 3 got WL and the others got CO.

oh yes, would be interested to know which pri sch is that
since all 8 who applied 3 yrs ago had gotten CO and WL.

i presume the 8 classmates are not all girls but mixed.......

and any idea which domain they applied for ??

one of my fren's daughter was rejected by DHS
even though she was the top few of the school cohort (applied under academics).

somehow, i feel that boys who DSA to DHS stands a better chance than girls ......

alright, i have taken a look at the details of 2010 subject options results, summarised them as below :

            1) 10 triple sciences classes, with subject combo of 3 S with geog, history or literature.
            2) 1 class of double science, double humanities
            3) 2 x 7 - units classes, the rest are 8 -units classes
            4) 1 \"O\" level class

(the above are best to what my eyes can see.........manual sorting)

So there are a total of 10+1+1=12 classes? I'm assuming the 7 unit classes fall under triple science/double science/O level class?

Guess the majority of students want to do triple science.

yes, majority of students wanna to do triple science and they are trying to accomodate .....

                No, shd be 10+1+2+1 = 14 classes

7 unit classes only double science, no triple science.
