Once I had very bad sprain and the physician let the blood out and it was all better.

is it TCM? how to let it out? painful or not?
cos i twisted my foot before. and it never really fully recovered. very sian. walking with slight limp sometimes.

m also not sure hw to explain.. but i told my mum once.. she say if too humid.. den we din clean the area for quite some time.. will haf such invasion of ants..

my DH's clothes used to kena bak in my old hse.. coz walk-in wardrobe.. connecting to toilet.. n i aws haf to clear it.. coz aws happened when he was away on biz trip..
