Heya!! Was bak from botanical park at ard 3ish.. but was bz keeping the kids awake so tat they can slp early tonight.. den i went to nap for a while after dinner as m gg out later.. so din came in till now..

I have to take 'laughing gas' after DD1 was out bcoz my placenta din come out after DD1 was out n gynae had to use his hands to dig it out from my V.. tatz y in order for me not to squirm.. he has to give me 'laughing gas'.. was :slapshead: :stupid: after all the determination not to us the 'gas' end up still haf to use..

Now I understand why u have to use it after your BB was out. I was real scared of pain. So I had my epidural when I was just 1 cm dilated Thus, for me, it was a breeze and I can still nap for a few hours before I was in labour. I guess epidural helps me to loosen up. The whole labour including dilation/delivery took only 5 hours.

Kabby, I also sustained tailbone injury before, when giving birth to ds1. Didn't realise it until the epidural wears off and it was so painful... I used the float for the entire 1 month confinement period, and eat on my bed like on the hospital bed.

i am glad i mentioned it too! i thought i was the only one who suffered so badly.

so glad it's all over right? i was quite fearful in the first week, that the pain will never go away and then i cannot go out like normal liao. it was crazy rt? the pain that'll shoot up when trying to sit or when trying to stand from sitting. shudder to think of it now.

1) I'm trying to find Czerny Op 821 and Hanon Vol 925 for DD's piano. Do you know if there is any shops that sells music books located near Forum, Isetan Scotts or Wheelock Place? I know there is one website called Open trolley but they do not have Czerny book.

zoo was gd. it was crowded as expected and the day was hot n sunny, but the kids did hv lotsa fun.


dd was tired out fr the water play n slept better than usual tdy.

Ya, I really :salute: you girl!!! If I were you, I think I will just settle for one. You are a really really brave mummy!!! Well Done!!!!! And really happy for both you and BB are fine. That is the more important thing.

:snuggles: :hugs: Definitely! That's 10 years ago. My ds1 is already in P4. We must be the rare ones to have tailbone problem, or at least I hope no other people needs to go through the same suffering. How would anyone have expected such childbirth \"complication\"?

I can't sit on those wooden chairs with flat horizontal seats for long, maybe it has to do with my tailbone. My favourite office chair at home is an IKEA roller chair bought more than 10 years ago. So sad, they don't carry it anymore. Although it is made of wood and looks very simple, it is very comfortable and cool. I think most importantly, the seat has a slight slope or curve towards the area the tailbone sits on and so it relieves the tension.

Just googled around and found that there's coccyx cushions around for tailbone sufferers. Do you use them ? Quite tempted to try out. BTW I can't ride a bicycle. Can you?

So happy to have found somebody to discuss bones ... hahaha... :rotflmao: hope this doesn't sound too eerie...
