      Hi Mummies,

I happened to see this CL Compo book for P3/4...but waiting for P1/2 to view content. https://www.popular.com.sg/jsp/product/product_detail.jsp?vca001=260&vpd001=95980

Bought these 2 titles for my son and found them useful...maybe you would like to take a look during BookFest.

      Hi janet,
I am interested in the above 2 books. Can we find them in the normal pupular stores? or are they only available during the bookfest? Dont think I will buy the P3 ones as the year is coming to the end. Do they have the same titles for P4? Thanks

Went to the bishan popular today but could not find the above 2 books. 😞

Maybe you can try calling up other branches? When I wish to buy assessment books, I usually go to the bigger branches.

          1) if not urgent, wait till Bookfest in Dec.
          2) call up popular at bras basah to check if stocks are avail and transfer to nearest store near you.

Happened to be at bishan, so just went popular to take a look. 🙂 Generally i would prefer the assessment book to be on a single exam component like the above two books. Will be good if it is arranged according to kewen too. 🙂

              Hi PiggyLalala,

Chinese assessment easier to buy than English…they tend to follow the textbook…something like 跟着课文. I focus on 辨字,hanyu pinyin, 完成对话 and 短文填空…hope to see some improvement for his SA2.

Champion, 短文填空 is a tough area...all the 词 are very close and for kids from English speaking families, it's hard to tell the difference. On many occasions, I've asked tutor to help me explain to son.

                    Hi Mummies,

I discovered this new CL assessment book...bought a P2 when there was 20% discount. P4-6 is now available.

Which is the publisher? EPH or SAP or Victoria?

                      Thanks! :salute: :salute:

Can't remember exactly which publisher it is...but definitely not Victoria and SAP. It's either EPH or PanPac. Busy shortlisting  assessment books since BookFest is brought forward.
With CL tests 4 times a year, there should be no problems finishing 3 (or even 4  ) sets of asessment books.
