i can only remember cooking time for the soya sauce version because i just cooked it yesterday
At 180 degrees, about 7 mins, then turn wings to other side and cook for further 7 mins and i added another 2 mins for extra crispiness. So altogether about 16 mins. Will depend on size of wings too. Not following recipe so a bit of trial and error. As long as don't overcook and chau da, can just add minutes if not enough.
There were 2 recipe books that come together with airfryer and those will give more precise timings. But i haven't had time to buy the ingredients so yet to try out those recipes inside. -
thanks again.
16min! thatβs like slow BBQing the chicken wings. -

Hahaha this is just my trial and error experience and may not be representative of how fast the fryer works. Usually i am cooking other stuff on the stove top while the wings are cooking inside the fryer so I am not really bothered by the time taken. Except the part about cooking in batches.thanks again.

Thanks

Hi,
May I ask do you all just pull out the tray to check or shake while cooking halfway or do we have to turn the knob to zero and reset again when we place back the tray?

There is some heat lost when tray is pulled out but i figured it's minimal since it's just for a quick check or shake.
But think i remember reading in the manual that if you want to be precise, you can set time to half of cooking time. Shake the tray when beep goes off and then set the other half of cooking time. For instance supposed to cook 10mins, set 5 mins. Shake and set the other 5 mins. HTH. -
NTUC Xtra (saw it at Jurong Point, not sure about other outlets) is having a very good promotion. They're selling at $299.90 with free gift. Rush down there soon! While stocks last.
