Well it becuz I need a definite answer to the questions. I do know many still have mixed feelings about the issue (TBH so do I, hence the project) but I do require a strong agree/disagree to the questions.
It's something like
\"Hey do you want dinner?\"
You sorta expect a Yes/No answer and not maybe, although the latter is ALWAYS the reply. To sorta avoid that, neutral isn't really an option here.
