      Hi,

Wonder if anyone has this pan? Does it really cook fish that easily? Appreciate any feedback from all the good cooks out there!

      Thanks!
      Hi angell
I've tried cook fish using happy call flip pan, I didn't using oil at all, and it only takes about 5-10 minutes.
the fish texture is juicy, and my 2,5 years old daughter likes it so much.

I did tried to cook prawn also, and we love it so much.

I bought mine through Gmarket and it costed me $63 (with free shipping) it was shipped from Korea and so far I haven't encountered any problems with my pan πŸ™‚

The pan cannot be used on induction hob only on regular stove.

I've cooked more stuff using this pan and have also shared another blog post on it http://mamabliss.blogspot.com/2011/09/happy-call-yummies.html

Am planning to share more recipes and my experience in using this pan as I go along. I would give it a 3 thumbs up if I have 3 hands πŸ˜‰

          Hi Qween,

          Thanks for the feedback!
Wow, sounds really good! Do you really just wipe to clean it or use regular soap and water?

May I know which supplier from Gmarket you ordered from? Is there a warranty? Will look at your blog soon. πŸ˜„ I will most likely get the pan when I cook more regularly.

              price difference is so much?

Better check the version. Maybe clearing stock of version 1. Ch U TV ad include a demo of differences between version 1 and improved version 2 of this frying pan.
Ya, better not get a fake one too...

I bought mine through the seller \"AK Mall\" however, they don't seem to be selling this pan anymore. Many of my friends, bought theirs from the seller \"Star Shop\" in GMarket. I bought mine the first version for $30. Just as good but I can’t stand not washing with soap and water.

Thanks for sharing mambliss! Most interesting what can be cooked in the pan and with such ease too!

                      Couple of Qs :-

What dimensions would the larger pan be, is that what you bought for S$63?

The pan cannot be washed with soap & water?

                      Thanks!

                        Hi CMF,

There are altogether 4 different sizes of HappyCall pans. To what I've read in the description in GMarket, here are the different dimensions
                        1) New Pressure Pan (this is the basic pan) - 275x240x55
                        2) Deeper Pressure Pan (this was the pan I bought) - 275x240x75
                        3) Thin Pan - 245x210
                        4) Jumbo Pressure Pan - 300x250x85

The pan can be washed by detergent, I've been washing it like I've been washing my regular frying pans. It's ok πŸ™‚

                        Hope that helps!
