It looks like you are suffering from an anxiety pang. The way I look at it - you are fully equiped for the big exam. You think you are doing badly for english and please allow aunty to be harsh here - you will NOT be able to conjure anything magical about it with the short frame now.

Please know for a fact that generally, the prelims are set at higher standard and marked more strigently than for the actual PSLE. I don't know good or not but its certainly not effective in giving a child the last weapon he/she needs to face Goliath - the courage and confidence.

I tend to believe your teacher's words - you have what it takes to go into the sch you want. Hang on to those words and then relax. Dont let your years of labour go down the drain. The only thing you probably need to do is review the eng paper and see what was your killer weakness. Is it a matter of sentence structure, grammar, vocab, lack of understanding od comprehension? And if you can - redo the paper on your own, do more of the same type from other school papers.

You are on the verge of killing Goliath or get killed your self and the final battle is your mental state and confidence. Fo forth, bravely dear. Its only your first big hurdle. You WILL cross it.

I took today's LC PSLE. I personally think that it is Option (3) as the question stated \"........主要......\". Although the last sentence that the principal said is \"我在这里要感谢那些帮忙音乐会...的人\", but the whole talk is about the principal talking about an incident of the flooding in the school.

I took the Psle LC Tamil, which I hear from my friends, is similar to the CL one. According to my knowledge, the principal did not thank the students who helped in the flood. Then again, it could be different for CL

I think is the typing error as they miss out page 43 and jump to page 44.

I have checked the questions and found the questions are in order.

Pg 42 - Question 40, Q40a

Pg 44 - Question b, c (is continuous from question 40)

Pg 45 - Question 41

Is the last question (Q20): They work well? I and my friends were arguing about that question.

Previously, when the eyesight of jobbi was bad, he crashed his inventions. But in actual fact, they r great mechanicals, just that jobbi had not enough a good eyesight to operate them well, so the machines worked well. Another statement to support is that when his eyesight was good, his wife stopped nagging, which meant he no longer crashed the flying bubble or the mechanical horse.
