abt how to achieve dark healthy hair.....
they recommended black beans boiled with \"he shou wu\" (何首乌) a few pieces will do.......
basically black beans are high in antioxidants and vit E......
its natural anti-aging medicinal properties helps rejuvenate skin and hair .......

The addition of black beans and some red dates helps to sweeten the soup.
