          BigD,

Thanks for your review/update. Can you check and feedback on the coating? Does it look/feel like Tefal non-stick type of coating or more rough and you think it should be the coating that HPC claims it has? Your seller is the only one that did not decrease price last week when the rest did.

From what I remember, the coating is not smooth like the Teflon coating of normal non-stick pan. No way I can verify whether it is the coating claimed by HPC though. Will try to take a picture of it to show you.

          Thanks!

              55cm deep?!!!? That's a pot, not a pan! šŸ˜‰

We just took delivery yesterday...have yet to start cooking with it.

I would believe that's a good size to get...should be enough for a few pieces of pork chops, or 2 fishes. You will have to consider the weight too. The 55mm is quite heavy as it is, without any food in it.
use it to fry bean curd very very suitable, can get nice browning 😃

one sweet treat you can try is to heat up some ice-cream, vanilla is good, put in a slice of white bread, toss it around
once the ice-cream gets burnt, it will form this nice flaky candy crust on the bread. can apply butter on both side of the bread first for tastier results!

                Nope.
If it's a fake, I want to be the first one to find out so that I can find an appropriate chance to break the news to her. šŸ˜‚

That sounds absolutely sinful...definitely befitting a BigDevil!
