Try vinegar and/or soaking power in the final rinse? Can try googling on the uses of vinegar. I use it to get rid of mould and prevent mould from growing on my dish-drying racks.leo:

Some of my DD's clothes have little sports of black colour which I suspect is because her cc clothes are damp (sweaty) and we don't wash them immediately (only wash when there is full load).
Is there any solution for this? -

So far, I've tried - cut limes and star anise. It helps to lessen but not totally.
