I'm not familiar with dachshund-poodle mixes, but poodle mixes *usually* do not shed. Poodles are very intelligent so if your dog inherits his poodle genes he'll be really smart and easy to train. I hear Dachshunds are stubborn so if he inherits his dachshund qualities, you'll have a harder time.

Have you spotted a dachshund-poodle that you're thinking of adopting?
