dd love sushi... But i dont cook it at home leh... Difficult to make the rice or not... Used to make it in my school days but not forgot already... Did u need to put sugar in the rice?

rice not difficult to cook lah. I bought the jap rice.

Wash it, let it \"air\" 30mins, then soak 30 mins then cook as per normal.

For the sushi vinegar, I use 3 parts rice vinegar, 2 parts sugar and 1 part salt. Dissolve them, let it cool and it's ready to use.

The ‘air’ part… Cook per normal = water??? Then put the rest won it be too watery??? What u mean by parts wor??
