I think this year's PSLE is harder than last year's

I think this year's papers some are easy while some are ok and some are hard. However, can't be sure if it is harder than last year's as I didn't do it.

My ds's seniors in sec 1 said that the psle was very easy last year.

According to Oxford dictionary:
Based (on something)=If one thing is based on another, it uses it or is developed from it.
Depend (on something)= to be affected or decided by something.

My answer is "no. There are harmful microscopic organisms that can only be seen with a microscope and not with a naked eye. It may appear to be like clear water, but the microscopic organisms may be harmful and cause damage to the body." do you think this is acceptable?
