i only know for ICAS, my kid's teacher just dished out the papers and told them to keep to themselves.

[/quote]The teacher's being a tad too secretive. It's only ICAS. High distinction, distinction, merit, pass. Good for those who did well. Anyway, nobody studies for UNSW right?

Or the teacher is being kind by saying tt so that those who didn't do well especially those who attempt it for the first time , will not feel stress or unhappy. anyway it is not accountable in school exam marks.

[/quote]Haha! That happens a lot to my dd too. Forget there's ICAS until the teacher comes in and hands out the exam papers.
To me it's just a test of your knowledge and ability to apply what you've learnt. No need to study. Do well, good. Don't do well, no big deal.

Sometimes I don't even know the test has been taken until she comes home with a certificate. :rotflmao:
