HCL you do on registration day, third lang after registration day. -
You submit your CHOICE of third lang online - instructions will be given to you on PSLE results day. On registration day, youβll be informed which third lang you got into and instructions on when to go down to MOELC to register in person.

not this year as we just went to Europe 2 yrs ago .... Must work hard to put more money in piggy bank first
