In wan cheng wen zhang for HCL, what would be considered as out-of-context? Will flashback (recount) considered as out-of-context. Any MOE / SEAB website to find out what is the rules (do's and don't) for HCL compo?

You bring out an interesting and valid question. Usually it is required to continue the story given the starting. The entire story could be in the past depend on the starting given. But all you do is to continue writing what happen next and so on...

I never notice that 完成文章 could easily be out-of-point. I would like to know examples which are out-of-point too.

Ds already no mood to study for his HMT yesterday because some of his friends do not need to go to school today(those who nvr take HMT).
Nag him abit yesterday to remind him that he has another paper to go and ask him not to give out for the last paper. Hopefully he can do well for today's paper.
